Private beta

Prospero Tools (Brief and Minutes) is currently in a private, invitation-only beta. Access during the beta is free of charge. No payment details are collected, no card is taken and no charges are made. Indicative commercial pricing is shown on the pricing page for reference only; full paid terms — including any free-trial mechanics, renewal cadence, cancellation rights and refund policy — will be presented in writing and require your acceptance before any charge is taken.

Acceptable use

Prospero Tools is for directors, officers and company secretaries preparing for their own board and committee meetings. You may not use the service to process content for which you do not hold appropriate authority, nor to attempt to identify named individuals beyond what would be reasonable preparation for a meeting you are attending or minuting.

Output

Briefings produced by Brief and draft minutes produced by Minutes are working aids, not legal, regulatory or financial advice. Any public-domain context note comes from the language model's training knowledge, not from a live web fetch, and must be independently verified before being relied upon. The source pack, transcript or audio you upload is the source of truth.

Confidentiality

All enquiries and uploads are treated with complete confidentiality. We delete your packs, audio, transcripts, briefings and draft minutes from our servers within 60 minutes by default; corporate workspace administrators may configure a longer retention window for their workspace, in which case that window applies. We retain only a hashed audit record for two years. No content is used to train any model.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prospero Advisory Limited's aggregate liability in any twelve-month period is capped at the fees paid by the customer in that period (which, during the beta, is nil).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jersey, Channel Islands, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jersey courts.
