What we store in your browser.
Strictly necessary
An authentication token, held in browser local storage, keeps you signed in to your workspace. It is removed when you sign out. Without it the product cannot function.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-NJ2BG1QZWD) on the marketing pages of prosperotools.com in cookie-less mode. Google Consent Mode is set to deny analytics and advertising storage, so GA4 receives only aggregate pings with truncated IPs and writes no _ga or other analytics cookies to your browser. Google Signals, advertising features, cross-site tracking and data sharing with other Google products are all off. We do not run Google Analytics inside the signed-in tools. Because no analytics cookies or identifiers are stored, no consent is required. You can still block googletagmanager.com in your browser if you prefer. We do not use Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Mixpanel or any advertising tracker.
Operational logs
We keep server-side logs of authentication, briefing generation and deletion events for security and audit purposes. These are retained in line with the audit policy described on our security page.
