Minutes turns a board pack, a meeting audio recording, or a short manual wizard into a structured first draft of the meeting's minutes, rendered into your firm's template. Audio is transcribed and diarised, facts are extracted, attendees and entities resolved, and decisions and actions captured. You review, edit and finalise; we never publish on your behalf.

Upload your firm's .docx template once. Minutes maps your bracketed tokens — [entity], [date], [attendees], decision blocks — and renders the draft so the result looks like your minutes, not a generic export.

Upload the board pack PDF, upload a recording of the meeting (mp3, m4a, wav, webm — up to 5 hours, 1.5 GB), or run a short manual wizard. Audio is transcribed and diarised by speaker; you map speaker labels to directors before the draft is generated. You can also email a pack and a recording (≤100 MB combined) to your personal Minutes address and get the draft back by email.

Source documents, transcripts and generated drafts — including the .docx you download — expire after 45 minutes and are permanently removed by the next sweep, always within the hour, on the same schedule as Brief. We retain an audit hash, not content. In-house PII redaction is applied before text and audio LLM calls; the board-pack fact-extraction step sends the raw pack to EU-pinned AI only.
How it works

Set up the company or fund the minutes belong to and upload your .docx house template. The template is parsed once; the token map is reused on every meeting.

Drop the board pack PDF, upload an audio recording of the meeting for automatic transcription and speaker diarisation, or step through a short manual wizard. All three paths produce the same structured fact set.

Attendees, apologies, quorum, agenda, decisions and actions — plus speaker-mapped discussion points if you used audio — surfaced for review before the draft is rendered. Edit anything that's wrong.

We render the reviewed facts into your house .docx. Download, finalise in Word, circulate. Source files and the generated draft expire 45 minutes after the draft is ready and are deleted within the hour, so download it while you are here.
