Prospero Tools comprises Brief, which produces briefings from board packs to help company directors prepare for meetings, and Minutes, which produces draft minutes from board-pack inputs and/or meeting audio to assist the company secretary. Both are working aids. Neither is a substitute for the director's or company secretary's own professional judgement, nor for advice from qualified legal, accounting, regulatory or other professional advisers.

Outputs are generated from the material the user uploads (and, in the case of Brief, from limited public-domain context). They may contain errors, omissions or misinterpretations, including transcription errors, missed nuance, mis-attribution of speakers and incorrect figures. Users remain solely responsible for reading, reviewing, correcting and approving any output before it is relied upon, circulated or filed, and for their own preparation, their decisions in the meeting, the accuracy of the minute book, and any obligations owed to the entity, its members, its regulators and any other stakeholders.

Nothing in a Brief briefing or a Minutes draft constitutes legal, tax, accounting, audit, actuarial or regulatory advice, an opinion on solvency or fitness and properness, or a recommendation to take or refrain from any specific action.
